After your order is complete, it takes us 1 to 2 business days to process your order and get it ready for shipping. The shipping duration will vary based on your location and can take between 2 to 4 business days if we send them from our warehouse in America. However, the maximum delivery time will be 2-3 weeks if we don't have an item available in our warehouse.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 2 to 4 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and that there is no delay of the package. Once the tracking number status has updated, you can easily track your order anytime.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed

Please Note :We do not accept returns for used items. We accept returns for unused and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached. The hygiene seal should also be intact.
