Cleaning – Begin by washing your new rhodonite yoni egg. Wash it with mild soap and warm water. Rinse it with running water. Next, sterilize your yoni egg by boiling it for 20 to 30 minutes. Always follow these cleaning steps before using your yoni egg.

Insertion – After cleaning your yoni egg, use a generous amount of lube. Take a deep breath and relax. Gently insert your rhodonite yoni egg. Take your time and try to enjoy the process. Once inserted, begin your pelvic floor exercises for no more than 15 to 20 minutes. 

Removal – Remove your undrilled yoni egg by bearing down. If you have a drilled yoni egg, remove your egg by gently pulling on the string attached to the egg. Always wash your yoni egg after using it. Pat dry and store it safely until your next session.
