Medical Advice

The purported health benefits of kegel weights are reported by kegel weights practitioners and not backed by evidence based research. If in doubt, seek professional medical opinion.

Kegel weights can help increase the intensity and efficacy of your Kegel exercise workout. Kegel exercises have been found to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles which function to support your internal organs such as the bladder, uterus, small intestines, and more.

Improvement of the pelvic floor muscles have been found to benefit those with stress urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Some have also reported enhanced orgasms and faster healing after pregnancy.

Kegel weights can be beneficial as it helps you to learn where your pelvic floor muscles are and what you need to do to contract them.

This set comes in 5 different weights at 38g, 54g, 70g, 90g, and 106g. These different weights means that it is suitable for both beginners and those who are already advanced in the Kegel exercise routine. This set of Kegel weights are made from high quality food grade silicone which are suitable for most women.

How to Use Kegel Weights

Kegglers Kegel weights contain weighted steel balls that respond to body movement. These steel balls generate subtle and quiet vibrations when you move to allow your pelvic floor muscles to grip the weights better.

Upon receiving your Kegel weights, start by washing your hands with warm soap and water. Next, wash the Kegel weights as well even if it is new as many women make the mistake of not cleaning it before using it for the first time. It should also be washed regularly as infrequent cleaning can increase the risk of urinary tract infections and irritation.

Proceed to find a comfortable position and apply a generous amount of lubricant on the Kegel weight. Once ready, gently insert the Kegel weight. Listen to your body and do not force the insertion. Beginners should start with the lightest weight and gradually increase the weight. Once fully inserted, you can try standing up. Contract your pelvic floor muscles if you feel it sliding out.

You can also lay down and try moving the Kegel weight up and down by contracting and relaxing your muscles. Note that beginners should not overdo it as overexertion can result in pain and discomfort.

When removing the Kegel weights, be gentle and take your time. Hold the string, relax, and pull out slowly. If it does not come out straight away, take a deep breath, relax, and try again.

Best buy

Great quality kegel weights for the price. I was very surprised by the quality of the weights. I got these just to try if it really enhances Kegel exercises before purchasing a more pricey option. But I will just be keeping these. Thank you.

Getting a good workout

Overall, my experience has been positive. I haven't been able to master beyond the lightest weight yet, but I'm not stopping.

Don't give up

I couldn't seem to move on from the smallest weight onto the next, but in time it got better and I feel proud about it.
