Clean – Wash your yoni egg using mild soap and warm water. Rinse it thoroughly with running water. Even new yoni eggs should be washed. After cleaning your yoni egg, sterilize it by boiling the egg for 20 to 30 minutes and pat dry. 

Insertion – Once ready, use a generous amount of lubrication. Take a deep breath and relax before gently inserting your yoni egg into your vagina. After insertion, You can do your yoni egg practice for no more than 15 to 20 minutes a day. You can also meditate during your yoni egg practice. For longer meditation sessions, hold the egg in your hands or place it on your abdomen to connect with your crystal’s energy.

Removal – After your session, you can remove your undrilled yoni egg by bearing down. If you have a drilled yoni egg, gently tug at the string to help the removal process. Always wash your yoni egg after your session. Store it carefully until your next session.
