Bloodstone Yoni Egg

Yoni eggs are made from crystal gemstones which are crafted into an egg shape and polished until smooth. It is then inserted into the vagina to enhance Kegel exercises. The yoni egg can also be used for meditation and for its crystal healing properties.

Cleaning – Always clean your yoni egg by washing it with mild soap and warm water. Rinse it with running water to ensure there is no soap residue. Sterilize it by boiling it for 20 to 30 minutes. These cleaning steps should always be taken before each yoni practice session.

Insertion – Use a generous amount of lube. Gently insert the yoni egg like a tampon. After insertion, do your yoni practice for no more than 15 to 20 minutes for Kegel Exercises and 10-12 hours for Meditation.

Removal – After your yoni practice, remove your undrilled yoni egg by bearing down. If you have a drilled egg, gently remove it by pulling at the string attached to the yoni egg. Once removed, wash your yoni egg and pat dry before storing it till your next session.
