How Does It Work?

Yoni eggs have much to offer. Just purchasing it alone is an act where you are making a commitment to your body, a powerful expression of self-love. We often forget that the most important relationship is with our own self. Being able to find and understand your feminine side is important. This helps you to experience pleasure and connect with your sexual energy without the need for a partner. This is a very empowering step.

In our world, there is much cultural disconnect between women and their yoni. There is shame placed on menstruation and self-pleasuring for women. All these factors have caused women to stop talking about or touching our yonis.

The yoni egg practice helps to increase your awareness of your body, especially the yoni. As you become more aware of the energy from your crystal, you learn to connect with it. This helps you to find a connection with your feminine and sexual energy.

As it strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, there is a greater capacity to feel. This sacred time taken to nurture your yoni deconditions the shame. As you find pleasure, it can boost you mentally and activate new sensations in your yoni.

Yoni Egg Ritual For Self-Pleasure

Always begin any yoni egg ritual by washing and sterilizing your yoni egg. This is crucial for your health and safety. Once both you and your yoni egg are ready, set up the perfect environment you envision in your mind. Some women prepare a comfortable place to lay and light scented candles. You can also dim the lights or use an essential oil diffuser to help you feel relaxed. Below we present you some ways how to use yoni eggs for self-pleasure.

Breast Massage

Start by making yourself comfortable. Find a position that helps you to relax. Begin with a breast self-massage. This is an amazing practice that helps to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid to while increasing the sensitivity of breasts and nipples. This massage also helps to tone and lift the breast tissue. Connected to our heart center, massaging your breasts can promote self-love. It is a great way to start your yoni egg practice as it stimulates natural lubrication as well.

Use a generous amount of lubrication on the egg. Some women prefer a drop or two of essential oils. Take your time during your yoni egg insertion. Many women rarely take time for their yoni to fully awaken before inserting the egg. Instead of just inserting your yoni egg, invite your egg in.

Your yoni will draw the egg inside if you give her time. Once you have fully inserted your yoni egg, gently move it to the g-spot region. You can contract and release your muscles. Some women play around and enjoy the pleasure the yoni egg brings. Make sure the yoni egg does not hit your cervix too much or it can cause pain and bruising.

You should not use your yoni egg for more than 20 to 30 minutes. As your session is ending, thank your yoni egg and gently remove it by pulling on the string gently. If you have an undrilled egg, bear down to remove it. If removal is difficult, sit in a deep squat and push it out. You can also use your fingers to gently scoop the egg out.

You can continue to lay with your egg after removing it. Some women find that meditating with the egg or spending a few extra minutes with the egg helps to strengthen their bond with the crystal. After concluding the session, remember to clean the yoni egg with mild soap and warm water before storing it.

Using your yoni egg for self-pleasure involves the physical and spiritual aspect. This practice promotes self-love and awareness. It strengthens the bond between you and your egg, allowing you to experience more of the metaphysical properties of the crystal. Use your yoni egg to find pleasure, explore, and empower your inner self.
